When you purchase a product or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide in your message. For paid products, billing is handled by Stripe — we do not store payment card details.
2. SqlPulse Desktop Application
SqlPulse collects a machine identifier to enforce license activation limits. This identifier is sent to our licensing server when you activate the software. We do not collect usage data, query content, or database connection details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to fulfill orders, deliver license keys, respond to support inquiries, and send important product updates. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to operate our services (payment processing via Stripe, email delivery via Resend).
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand site traffic. This collects anonymized, aggregated data and does not track individual users.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and purchase data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide support. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
